Led UX efforts by producing wireframes, guiding design of application flows, layouts, and form controls, and mentoring developers and designers on usability best practices. While primarily leading with engineering, I also collaborated with Product Management to shape user stories, conduct usability assessments, and inform product direction. I mentored junior developers in clean, maintainable coding through code reviews, pair programming, and practical implementation standards. I designed and implemented DesignKit and a flexible theming and template system that enabled visually appealing, customizable forms with real-time updates, essentially a Canva-like experience for form building. I also set up and guided Storybook usage, developed component system strategy to align design and engineering, and automated story creation through orchestrated LLM-based workflows.
